An added benefit of buying at Wagner Appliance is knowing that, if service is required, we are here for you.

Being a Self-Servicing Dealer means we provide service during the Manufacturer’s Warranty for most* of the brands we sell.

Even after the Manufacturer’s Warranty expires, our own in-house team of expert technicians provide service at a discount on appliances purchased from us.

We are currently self-servicing dealer for Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Danby, Silhouette, with more brands coming soon.

Additionally, we are an authorized service provider forSpeed Queen.

*For brands we do not service the Manufacturer determines who can provide service during their warranty period.

We stock a large selection of parts for most brands of appliances. Special order parts often take less than 24 hours to receive.

All we need is a Part Number or the Model number and serial number and we can find the part.

Our standard Trip/Diagnostic Fee/Service Charge is $75.00* to make an assessment on the appliance.

The full cost of the repair also requires;

Labor** billed at $20 per 15 mins, and parts.

*If you purchased the appliance from us we offer discounted Trip/Diagnostic Fee/Service Charges.

**Often we will quote entire jobs at a flat rate.

Wagner Appliance provides service primarily to existing customers. When we have additional availability we will take additional service appointments at our discretion.

Our prices include basic installation for free standing appliances.

Built-in and gas appliances are priced uninstalled.

In those instances, we often provide installation services for an additional charge.

Standard* Dishwasher Installation - $150

Standard* Microwave Installation - $125

Our installation prices include all cords, hoses, and connections necessary for installation.

Pursuant to NC State law all gas appliances installation requires a gas company employee or a licensed plumber to install gas connection.

Additional Costs of Service:

Our standard Trip/Diagnostic Fee/Service Charge for additional appliances at the same location are an additional $35.00 each,

The full service call rate applies to missed appointments and appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance.

There will be additional charges for unstacking appliances, paid parking, or removing items needed to gain access to the appliance for repair.

We do not provide any service or installation that requires any modification to cabinets, countertops, walls, electrical, or water supplies.

We do not provide installation service for any appliances purchased elsewhere.
