This is my favorite place to get appliances by far. I have rental properties and have purchased from them multiple times now, personally and for my rental business. Their knowledge is top notch, they have great interest deferred financing options, and access to a vast inventory. I purchased from Queen City Appliances once and will not make the mistake again to purchase from anyone other than Wagner’s. Great local company with stellar customer service. Highly recommend.

Spencer was very nice,helpful.Washer and dryer delivered ,guys were great.very polite .I have a speed Queen washer and dryer,used both everything working.(One time )so far very good!Had speed Queen for about thirty33 or 34 years served me well,drying was still in great shape,washer went out,pouring water under it .This set serves me this long will be a blessing.Thank you!!

Very friendly personal at the store and delivery.Found what we wanted at the same price as the big box stores, but with free delivery and haul away of old appliance. Plus extended service plan was cheaper.

I had issues with a purchase of a washer and dryer from a big box store. Four calls to customer service later with no resolution (but closed tickets) had me returning the set. Calling various dealers, I ended up purchasing a new set from Spencer at Wagner. I paid the same as I had but for a better brand. The installation was smooth and the guys were awesome! Will definitely be heading back for a new refrigerator!

My wife and I decided to upgrade our appliances and this was the last place we went. We went to 5 other stores and every single appliance at the other stores were overly priced. Wagner Appliance has used appliances (LOOKS BRAND NEW, MAY HAVE DENTS/SCRATCHES ON SOME - at a cheaper price) and brand new ones at a really great price. We seriously love our new fridge and will be coming back to buy our other appliances from now on. Don’t miss your chance, check out Wagner Appliance as soon as possible.

Absolutely recommend %100 sales men were very nice walked in pick out a fridge in 10 mins delivery men were super nice and came right on time and even gave me a 15 mins heads up call that I requested! The man even made sure my refrigerator door handle was screwed on all the way. thank you
