As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 336-784-1984 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Buyer agrees that the terms and conditions presented on this document constitute the final and entire sale and warranty contract between Wagner Appliance Sales Inc. (“WAS”) and the buyer unless expressly amended in writing by an employee of WAS.

RETURN POLICY

Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return:

  1. Defective Products: If your product is defective upon arrival, notify WAS of the problem within 48 hours of receiving goods. If you notice the defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature.
  2. Damaged Products: Product(s) damaged during shipping/delivery are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. You must refuse delivery at the time or delivery, once accepted the item cannot be returned. We will contact you to schedule another delivery.
  3. The Product Does Not Meet Your Wants, Needs, Fit or Other: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. In the event a return is allowed a 20% restocking fee will be applied for regularly stocked merchandise if delivered and/or picked up by Wagner Appliance, 10% for self-delivery/return. Special order merchandise may be subject to a 30% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.

USED APPLIANCES

No returns or refunds for used products are accepted. However, all used products are warrantied and, in case of defects, may be repaired or traded pursuant to the terms below:

  1. Service Coverage: The service performed under your contract is provided through WAS. WAS will restore a covered product to its normal operating condition after it has failed during regular use. To accomplish this WAS will furnish service consisting of labor and operational repair parts and components.
  2. Coverage Period: Unless otherwise agreed, in writing, coverage begins on the date of installation and ends at 6:00pm on the 90th day after the date of this contract.
  3. Location and Availability of Service: Service will be provided at address indicated on the receipt of sale for the product(s) covered. WAS may retrieve and return the product at its own expense due to limitations or other circumstances. In the event that a product is self-installed the Buyer may be required to return the product to WAS for service. To obtain service, WAS should be contacted during normal working hours at the address indicated above. All service will be rendered during the normal working hours of WAS. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide WAS access to the product for service purposes.
  4. Exclusions: This warranty does NOT cover:
    1. Normal maintenance (such as periodic cleaning of refrigerator and room air conditioner condenser and evaporator coils) or any problem related to lack of cleaning or insect infestation.
    2. Loss or damage resulting from external causes such as negligence, theft, misuse, or abuse, product failure caused by lightening or power surges or inadequate or unsafe plumbing, wiring, water or power supply or instructions on the operation of the product.
    3. This Contract excludes any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and in no event shall WAS be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Including food spoilage from the malfunction of a freezer or refrigerator.
    4. Damage resulting from self-delivery or installation or any product upon which unauthorized service has been performed.
    5. Finish defects, rusting, or light bulbs.
  5. In the event that repair parts become unavailable or the price of the repair would exceed a price that is worth investing in the product WAS may require you to exercise your Trade Value for your product.
  6. Remedies
    1. Trade Value: For a period of 45-days any used appliance may be traded in toward another purchase with Wagner Appliance. In such an event the customer will receive a store credit in the amount paid towards the traded product to that date. WAS is under no obligation to refund any amount of the purchase or lay-a-way money.
    2. Repair and or replacement shall constitute the exclusive remedy under this Sale and Service agreement unless this contract is expressly amended in writing within the sole discretion of WAS.

DELIVERY POLICY/ TAXES/ MISC.

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse:

  1. Cost: Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
  2. Sales Tax: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 7% NC sales tax.
  3. NC White Goods Tax: Each Appliance sold is subject to a $3 per unit NC White Goods tax.
  4. Water Connection Terms: In the event the appliance(s) you selected needs to be connected to a water supply in order take advantage of all functions. Wagner Appliance can connect that appliance to the water supply required at the time of delivery/installation according to the following terms:
    1. There is an existing water connection in the space where the appliance is to be installed and the existing water connection is in a good condition in the opinion of the installer, does not leak and the shut off valve is operable and no modifications are necessary to the water connections, electrical connections, cabinets, cabinet tops, walls or any structure in order to install the appliance.
    2. Wagner Appliance will connect the water and ensure that there is no leak at that time on installation.
    3. Wagner Appliance makes no guarantee that a leak will not occur later.
    4. It is your sole responsibility to monitor for leaks after Wagner Appliance leaves.
    5. Wagner Appliance is not responsible for any leak or resulting water damage after we leave from the installation.
    6. In the event that there is any problem that will prevent installation you will be informed of the issue and the appliance delivery completed, however we will not install the appliance(s).
  5. WAS shall have the right to recover interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on all balances remaining unpaid after 30 days and shall have the right to recover reasonable attorney’s fees in the collection of unpaid amounts.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
