A regret purchase

I have this range installed for almost a year now. Since it's only me I really have no reason to use it because I only use the stove top and I use my convection air fryer toaster blahblahblah combo to cook. Well recently I went to use the oven and it started smoking. I noticed the controls get stuck a lot it smells like gas a lot and I don't know what's making a smoke inside I'm about to find out thank God I bought the purchase protection if I would have been smarter I would have bought the Range that had the controls behind the stove but I was looking for more of a modern look oh well live and learn

I purchased this range at the end of September 2021, however, it did not get installed until the end of October because I was getting my kitchen remodeled. I love this range. The range I had was over 40 years old and I had stopped cooking on it. Needless to say, I use this range every day. It has a warming feature that I love. I don't use my microwave as much because I use the oven with the warming feature. When I cook fish, it comes out perfectly in the oven.

Have had the range for about a month, like it very much. 5 burner, solid built, easy to clean and a large oven. Digital display which is easily reset if you push a function by mistake. The knobs and oven can be locked which is a great feature to make sure it isn't turned on by mistake.

i bought a newly remodeled home with all new appliances less than a year ago (feb 25th 2021). this stove has had issue from the jump. the touch screen regularly doesn't work and has to be removed from the wall and unplugged. just this week two different knobs cracked and broke off. i'm not even sure what this tiny middle burner is supposed to do with such low btu. the good of this stove is i like the grate system. easy to move pots and pans around as needed.

In love with our range/oven...when it works.

A silly dream of mine was to have a gas stove/oven, so making the plunge and getting this appliance was incredible. It's a great product, but we have an issue. About a month into us owning the device, the oven through a code and shut off the oven in the middle of a cook. I looked up the code and the only guidance I received was to call for maintenance. I called, and the first time they could get out there was five days from then. Thankfully, after going through a series of unplugging and resetting the oven, we were able to use it, with it throwing that code every now and again and shutting down. Maintenance came out and serviced the device, replacing one of the main electric boards (I can't recall the name of the piece). While they were there, the code didn't come up (of course), so they couldn't test if they solved the problem. They were VERY helpful, so no issue there. They left, because the problem was fixed. No charge for us, so no sweat. Except the next week the code came up again. I called maintenance, and they said they could come out (again 3-5 days later), but said that if they couldn't prove the problem or find the problem while they were there, they would charge me for their visit. So I cancelled the appointment, and now I live with an oven that sometimes shuts off. Since I can't prove the problem I don't know how to fix it. It has happened less consistently in the past couple of months, so I hope it was just a glitch that had to get out of its system. I guess Thanksgiving will be the ultimate test.

I bought this product because the LED panel was at the front of the stove. Not having it at the back allowed the back splash to be visible, which I spend money to upgrade. However, having the panel at the front requires frequent cleaning from food splashing on in while cooking. So, I am happy overall with this stove, but not so much with the design.

So far the range does what it claims. I have yet to get the Iphone to control it. I have set it up to connect to my Wi-FI many times and it still can't connect to it. I'm working on it. I also had to add two (2) gap flanges to each side of the range top. This was to fill in the space between the range top and the granite counter. It now looks as if it was made for my kitchen.

My range has been services 4 times, ice had it for 6 months. It's a factory default because it melts the panel and the harness inside from over heat... Samsung warranty has been giving me the runaround and making it impossible for me. The technicians are horrible and clueless, over all the stove is the worse quality and model I have ever owned I do not recommend it. As fancy as it seems it is trash.

This appliance looks very modern and sleek. It's a smart oven, you can control it with the Samsung app. It reaches and keeps the perfect temperature for heating, baking and cooking. The knobs and digital buttons are easy to use and control. Although they are very sensitive and come on when you wipe down the control panel to clean and the stove top gets fairly dirty when using the burners. Overall it's a great appliance that is enjoyable to use and provides excellent cooking results.

the stove looks great, it is well insulated and doesn't cause the rest of the kitchen or other nearby appliances to heat up when its on. the product itself looks great and works well. we have only had it installed for a few months so we will see how long it lasts. my only suggestion is that you not pay for the installation of your samsung appliances. get your contractor to install or diy. the stove has an anti tip bracket that must be bolted into the floor through your tile and into wood. our installers which were contracted through samsung never did this . after some back and forth samsung ended up giving us a refund for the improper installation. which we were satisfied with.

Great Features Super Spacy

This is the first range we have ever purchased- all of the other ones have come with the house. This is the first time I have been able to cook a turkey and a side underneath! Never before have I had so much room inside! The electronic features on the outside are phenomenal as well! A definite upgrade for sure and I would absolutely recommend purchasing this model for anyone who is looking.

Quick heating oven

I have had this two months,replacing a high end Dacor range that was 60 inches, so I bought 2. It would have cost me more money to fix the oven than to buy 2 new ones. I have them side by side and it looks great. Burners and grates are heavy duty and work great. The oven is a dream and the bread proofing is a nice treat.I chose not to get convection because I found I did not use it that much on my old range. Everything on this range is heavy duty and I love it so far. The only drawbacks are the center burner should be an oval ring, but it's nice to have 5 burners. My large pots fit great because the burners extend to the edge and are continuous. Keeping it clean is easy except for the front display panel. It is a magnet for fingerprints and grease, but it is just an easy wipe down. All in all I am very happy with this range.

the smart features are what drew me to this. they are so cool. i also have the mc17t8000cs/aa microwave with wi-fi and voice-activated features. design, fit and finish are great. functionally the burners have a wide variety of strength to them. the high is really impressive - especially for showing off to anyone who comes over. the touch screen is easy to use and all the different preheat and timer sounds are great - not your typical beeps. the control panel on my previous range was susceptible to spills and cleaning solutions leaking into the control compartment. the touch screen area in this range is captured with a steel surround and sealed up really well. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Buttons & burner

i like everything about the stove except for 2 things, the touchpad buttons dont have a backlight. you have to have the room well lit to see what buttons to tap. (led panel lights up fine). only other thing is burner arrangement, center burner is only small (not elongated) and the center grate over that burner is very open, cannot put a small pan over buner ( will tip over).

Sleek Appearance and Features

I bought this Range roughly a month ago. I'm an avid cook and love all the features. Oven is spacious and cook top is a dream. The variety of burners is great depending on what you're cooking. Having a solid flat top helps when you also have pans of various sizes. The WiFi connectivity is nice but there's definitely a learning curve.

Great range for the price

Shopped ranges in the $1000-ish area and this one came up highly rated. Loved the look, the WiFi was a nice feature also. It's a very capable range. Good quality. I have ongoing issues with the ventilation, however. Going from bake to broil seems to trigger it and I have to reset the oven. Also, could be easier to lock the touch screen to clean it, without triggering all of the buttons. But again, good overall value, style, and functionality.

Easy to clean

It has been 4 months since I bought this range, and the whole family really like it a lot. Easy to clean, just remove the top racks and wipe. All buttons are very sensitive. The black top will show dust.
