Ten months after purchase the broiler element blew out. After two months and four visits by a repairman the range is working now. However when the element blew it embeded metal into the enamel of the oven. LG said it was cosmetic and not a safety issue so they would not fix it. The range worked nicely the first ten months but now I have a fairly new range with an oven that looks terrible. I have an LG refrigerator dishwasher clothes dryer washer TV and microwave. I am happy with all of them.

I could only give this a 3 out of 5 stars due to the fact that the oven racks will not stay in place when product is on them. As I try to slide the rack forward to remove anything it falls...VERY DANGEROUS with the hot food splatting and spilling everywhere. I called LG and explained the rack shelf in the middle of the oven seem to be 1/8 to wide and will not hold the product...They sent a new rack to replace and it still does the same thing. Im not sure at this point what can be a good fix

The oven looks nice. we had problem backing in the stove. The top get done while the bottom still not cooked. Just called service. Replace the board. first test today was good. we have to try it more before the final verdict.

Weve now had the stove for about 3 weeks and I LOVE it. Stove is way more high tech than our old stove but the manual that came with the stove is excellent and answered all my questions. The oven heats up significantly faster than our old stove which Im anticipating will save us on our electric bill. Another plus weve noticed that it must be well insulated because it does not heat up our kitchen like our old stove did. Highly recommend

I love having the turn knobs for the stove top. Our previous LG was button only for the stovetop. Has many features that we are still finding and it looks great in our kitchen with the matching microwave.

The only reason I am on this site is because no one would help me because they say my warrantee is up. I am very disappointed in the self cleaning of this stove. It has ruined the beautiful blue finish

I bought this stove after researching three other stoves. Then I found this one and it had everything that I tried to find in the other brands. Love this stove The only drawback is the lower drawer it is very hard to open.You have to grab it by the sides in order to get it to move
Other than that I cant find anything at this time that I dont like about it

Weve had this stove for a couple of years now. Its so nice not having food fall down under the burners. Its super easy to clean. I love the air fryer feature and that I can control it with my phone.
I do want to give it a random thumbs down though. I took the door apart to clean it. When I was putting it back together much to my frustration the glass sheets in their tiny frame inside the door are pretty much just hanging from the screws. There is nothing inside the door that holds the glass frame in place besides the screws but there is a lot of space to the front and the back. I had to practically play twister to get the super short screws to thread into the frame. I had to place a spacer inside so that I could even begin to get the screws to catch. But I still had to turn it over so the weight of the glass was on the bottom so the screws could reach the holes. And after I got the door on the first time I opened the oven to use it my spacers slipped out of place. So now I have to take the door off again and try to do it all over again with out the spacers which were just some folded toilet paper rolls. I wouldnt bother but you can see them sitting in each bottom corner of the door. Wish me luck.

Comparing this cooktop with my old one this one is a lot harder to clean and to keep clean. Every spec show up prominently. I went online to find Schott Cernan the manufacturer of the cooktop approved cleaning products but I dont think this German companys products are available in the USA.

I had never owned a LG appliance before but now that I do I am totally enjoying all the features. The hidden electrical element in the bottom is awesome. Easy cleanup

This oven looks so good in my kitchen. I will admit that I use the microwave/oven more than I use the oven but when we have company it works wonderfully with the bigger space. I especially love the keep warm feature when we just are not ready to eat yet.

I will never buy a LG appliance again. This is the 4th attempt to repair for a non working display requiring several different part orders and attempts to fix. I cant get approved for w replacement oven because it requires 4 diff individual outages reported the multiple part orders and attempted repairs dont count

Ive had this for a few months now. And honestly you get what you paid for. It does a good job and is relatively easy to clean. There would I few buttons I would change to make it a little less confusing and the air fry feature isnt really alll that grand. But I love the burners

This is my 3rd glass top now were LG. I absolutely can not get this one clean. No matter how much i scrub always smear marks. Just not clean.Supposed to get a replacement so far have had two delivered both were dented. Would suggest you look for another product. I

We bought this range about 9 months ago and except as stated below we are quite happy with it. We find the cooktop to be much easier to keep clean than our previous exposed burner cooktop and we are frankly puzzled by reviewers who had a different experience. The only complaint we have is that the drawer is tiny and worse very flimsy. It twists and flexes easily and has come off the rails time and time again virtually every time we open it. I didnt know that sheet metal came in such a thin gauge. One of the little rubber bushings on the sides has come completely loose and the other is shredded and damaged.. This is a disappointing issue in an otherwise very satisfactory product.

Our old stove died during the pandemic so the wife starting looking for a new energy efficient stove with all the bells and whistles. We ordered this model from a total of 3 different dealers each indicating supply chain issues. A little more than year later we got a phone call our stove was available in the next state over. We paid for it online and went to pick it up. Brought it up home easy installation and easy instructions and easy to use. The wife loves it. Happy wife happy life.

We love everything about it except the rear leg and bracket were missing. They were sent but we still cant install it. Physical problems prohibit that. Paying to have it complete is a huge disappointment.

I bought this stove 2 years ago now the numbers on the panel rubbed off the LG logo fell off. Even with careful cleaning the stove top easily scratches. I have yet to contact home Depot because I have a 3 years protection plan. From the reviews here I already know their answers . I am very disappointed with this product. I have a LG fridge washer and dryer which I am satisfied with but I dont think I will buy LG again. This stove is too expensive to be do poorly made.

Looks nice. Burners heat up fast but little confusing with which direction high and low are. Extra rack in oven is nice. Have not tried the air fryer as you need an special pan. Bought the floor model.

BEWARE This is the worst cooktop Ive ever seen. It has a waffle-like or grid texture to it and it scratches easier than anything Ive ever used. After the first use it showed crazy scratching. After the third use the scratches increase and the white lines began to turn brown. And yes I cleaned it according to the LG literature and tried Weimans Cooktop Cleaner. Nothing worked. My brand new range is destroyed wi th a weekend. I have filed reports with LG and Home Depotnobody really seems to care. They just tell me theyll let their QA people know for future product issues. Well what about MY product??? I will be looking into a class action lawsuit against LG over this issue so please stay tuned This type of cooktop shouldnt not be on the market.

This oven/range has some very nice features. I love the aesthetic of the blue interior the WiFi connectivity I can tell ALEXA to preheat and set the timer the convection mode the air fry mode which I havent used yet and the knock and view lights on feature.

We have owned an LG Stove for 2 months. We have cooked 3 times - i small chicken breast time. We have had to clean the oven 3 times - a gritty residue - and it is still not clean. Our complaints to LG have not been handled.

Have used the air fry several times and really like the results. The best feature for me is linking the microwave vent fan to the range burners. Every time I turn on a range burner the vent fan automatically starts. Saves me from thinking Oh I forgot to turn on the vent fan. after the whole house smells like what I am cooking.

Best thing about this range is the top - I accidently swiped a slightly damp dishrag across the ultra-boil burner and of course it left a little of itself behind Amazingly enough with little effort on my part the residual is gone
And speaking of the high-power burner - it boils a large pot of water in literally a few minutes.
